Reinsurance Program Managers (RPM) is a Reinsurance Intermediary Manager providing both Excess of Loss and Quota Share reinsurance solutions to the Accident & Health insurance market. We underwrite and manage reinsurance programs on behalf of top-rated, domestic reinsurance companies.
RPM was founded by actuaries in 2024 with the belief that an analytical approach to reinsurance program management will benefit all parties involved.

Provides per-person and aggregate excess of loss protection for U.S. companies issuing medical insurance to individuals and groups. Underlying polices can include, but are not limited to, fully insured medical (both On and Off Exchange), Employer Stop Loss, Short Term Medical and other health coverages that include catastrophic risks.

Provides quota share or proportional risk assumption alongside U.S. companies in the individual and group health insurance market. RPM can design proportional risk programs, for both Employer Stop Loss and Ancillary Medical portfolios, to meet the risk needs of issuing carriers, MGU’s, and distributors. Our experience in Ancillary Medical includes creating programs for Short Term Medical, Limited Benefit, Student Medical, Dental and Prescription only..
